By placing an order with Raspberry, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
Raspberry reserve the right of printing errors, product adjustments, minor color deviations and unintentional errors. We at iloveraspberry.com can not guarantee, that colors accordance to pictures and colors squares on iloveraspberry.com are 100 % consistent. It could exist minor colors deviations due to webbrowser settings and differents types of computer screens etc. We also reserve the right of pricing adjustments both before and after placed orders.

If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. In situations where Raspberry act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Raspberry cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. Once we receive your order and payment we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your purchase. Please keep this confirmation and check that it is correct. Normal delivery from Raspberry is 2-3 working days from the time the customer receives the dispatch confirmation email for standard delivery for orders placed by credit/debit card. Some products may be in high demand and then may have a slightly longer delivery time. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. While we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and Raspberry shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
We reserve the right to end sales in the event that we run out of stock. We also reserve the right to change prices where additional costs occur. Sometimes it occurs that the goods you have ordered are out of stock. An email will be sent to you within 7 days informing you of the situtation.
Raspberry’s sends all their packages with Posten. If goods are damaged or lost during transport between the customer and Raspberry(iloveraspberrys.com) you must notify our Customer Service within 14 days. If goods are damaged or missing when making an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for payment.
Please note that for US orders, the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of any VAT which may be payable by you.
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Swedish kronor(kr) and must be paid in full, including delivery charges (which are separately stated at the time of your order). Customers, and not Raspberry, are responsible for the payment of any applicable customs duties or taxes in their own country, and failure to pay customs duties or taxes is likely to result in your package being destroyed.

Sales tax of 20 % is included in all prices. There are no extra charges except those that appear on your list of purchases when you go to the check out. You can then choose which payment method that suits you best. Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Currently we offer payment by Paypal.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Iloveraspberrry.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Credit Card Payment
There is no extra fee for paying with credit card. If you make a return your money will be transferred back to PayPal balance or the card you used at the purchase.
When you pay with your credit card the payment will be managed by our payment provider Paypal for a quick, smooth and safe payment.

We at iloveraspberrry.com want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at iloveraspberry.com you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the goods. The Raspberrys condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being used. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels. If an item delivered is wrong, we will of course pay for the return postage.
When returning a package from iloveraspberrry.com you are responsible for the return postage and can choose the postal service you prefer. In cases where you exchange a product and have the right to be compensated by us (wrong product delivered or if the product in some way is broken or faulty) we offer you free return postage. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving Iloveraspberry.com.
- A refund by paypal is made either to your PayPal balance or your card depending on how you financed the purchase. When refunding PayPal-balance you will receive the refund as soon as you have accepted the return. If you paid with a credit or debit card, we credit the refund to your card. Depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
- If you paid using more than one payment, we credit the amount paid with a credit or debit to that card. We credit the rest of the refund amount to your PayPal balance. Raspberry never save or handle any information related to your card.
How to return goods to Raspberry:
- Please contact us in writing at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods
- When returning or exchanging items you pay for the freight back to us, freight bills are only available for approved reclaims
- Any goods to be returned must be returned, along with their original invoice/orderconfirmation including order number the address specified on the invoice for the goods. Returned goods should be sent recorded delivery.

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. We will pay for return delivery in such cases.
Raspberry notes every ID-number when purchasing from iloveraspberry.com. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we have the possibility to charge you for the cost of the return and delivery. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they will be barred from shopping at iloveraspberry.com.

The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Raspberry. Raspberry make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.
In case of Force Majeure, Raspberry obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Raspberry can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or Raspberry. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Raspberry will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
If we fail, at any time during the term of a contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing in accordance with “Notices” above.
The contract between iloveraspberry.com and the buyer is not a binding agreement until iloveraspberry confirm the order. This includes but are not limited to pricing errors.
